Terms of Service

These terms cover AegyOrlando and its photocard trade board. Using the site means you accept them. If you do not, please do not use the board.
Accounts
You need to be at least 13 years old to make an account. If you are under 18, please talk to a parent or guardian before arranging any trade, and bring one with you if you meet someone in person.
One account per person. Keep your sign-in email to yourself, since anyone with access to it can get into your account.
What the board is
The board is a noticeboard. People post cards they own, other people offer to trade for them, and the two of them sort out the rest themselves. AegyOrlando is not part of any trade. We do not hold cards, ship anything, take payment, check that a card is genuine, or guarantee that anyone does what they said they would.
If a listing says the owner is open to selling, any money involved is strictly between the two people. We never handle payments and cannot get your money back.
What you can post
You may only post cards that you own and physically have. Do not post:
- counterfeit, bootleg or unofficial cards described as official
- anything you do not actually have, or that you have already traded away
- someone else's photos or text
- contact details, addresses or anyone's personal information in the public parts of a listing
- anything unlawful, hateful, sexual, or aimed at harassing someone
What you post stays yours. By posting it you let us show it on the site and in ways that help people find it.
Contact details
The contact details on your account are private while a card is on the board. When you accept someone's claim, the details you ticked to share are sent to that one person so the two of you can arrange the trade. Treat what you receive the same way: use it to arrange that trade, and nothing else.
Trading safely
Meet in a busy public place, and bring someone with you. Never post your home address, and only share it privately for a mail trade you have already agreed to. Use tracked shipping. If a trade feels wrong, walk away and report it.
Moderation
We can remove a listing, a claim or an account at any time, with or without a reason, and we do not have to explain a decision. Reports are read by a person, and we deal with them as quickly as we reasonably can, which is not the same as immediately.
Copyright
If you believe something here infringes your copyright, email [email protected] with enough detail to find it, and we will look into it and remove anything that should not be there.
No warranty, and what we are responsible for
The site is provided as it is. We do not promise it will always be available, that listings are accurate, or that anyone you meet here is honest. To the extent the law allows, AegyOrlando is not liable for anything that happens between users, including a trade that goes wrong, a card that is fake, lost or damaged in the post, money that is not repaid, or anything that happens when people meet.
Closing your account
You can close your account whenever you like, and doing so removes your listings, your contact details and any claims that are still open. We may close an account that breaks these terms.

These terms will change as the board grows, and the date at the top says when they last did. Florida law applies. Questions go to [email protected].
